This template is used during the classroom observations. It is very important that this template is explained well and understood fully by the team members who will be using them. This template suggests what team members should look for during observations, and reminds them of the need for evidence for all observations. This template is recommended for team members new to the SPR process, or as a recap during the training exercise for experienced team members. It is possible to go from using the detailed template to the general observation template.
