The Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance tasked a team to research and develop a leadership development framework for school leadership teams (principals, deputies and heads of department) that complies with the Minimum Standards for Teacher Education Qualifications and addresses the specific contextual needs of school leadership teams in South Africa. This report summarises the results of that research process.
