The Leadership in Education show of 16-05-2016 once again hosted Dr Siphiwe Mthiyane, a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the Wits School of Education. Dr Mthiyane discussed the findings of research conducted with school principals and circuit managers on issues of ethics and ethical leadership, including some of the challenges and contradictions involved.
