Bullying is on the rise and can be very destructive for both victims and bullies. The Leadership in Education show of 09-05-2016 hosted Gordon Cooper from the Phoenix Foundation who provided interesting insights into the causes of bullying and described practical steps that schools, families and victims themselves can take to stop bullying.
