The first National ECD CoP of the year took place on 2nd April 2019. The ECD Practitioner Quality Reflection Tool was launched to the CoP members. This was a historical moment for the CoP as this tool was pioneered by CoP members a few years ago. CoP members engaged on an activity to identify the use of this tool in different contexts. The migration of ECD services from DSD to DBE was also discussed by the CoP and there are some interesting deliberations contained in the highlights.
