The outcome for this ITE CoP was derived from the last CoP meeting, in which participants agreed to share their Work Integrated Learning (WIL)/Teaching Practice (TP) observation and assessment tools. The aims are twofold:
(i) to consider whether a standardised, generic observation tool can be developed which could be used by assessors from any university (i.e. look at potential sharing of faculty assessors for TP assessments); and
(ii) to share features of different observation/ assessment instruments so that all instruments can be improved.
