Disabilities in Education and Inclusive Education Policy Review and Literature Survey

Annexure to the ‘Disabilities in Education and Inclusive Education Report’. Section A focuses on a review of policy drafted by the Department of Education and the Department of Basic Education between 1996 and 2011. Section B is a literature survey focusing on four specific themes; teacher training, success factors for inclusive schools, curriculum, materials and assistive devices, and pathways to progression.
