Cotlands gave us a presentation on how they have started using the Quality Reflection Tool (QRT). Mealang Van Heerden, who is the Instructional Designer at Cotlands indicated that there would be different uses of the tool for the different teams working in the playgroups and toy libraries that Cotlands offers to communities. We are very excited to get feedback from Cotlands once the tool has been implemented in the different teams!
