The CECDN National Dialogue was the initial phase of the ECD Civil Society consultations on the Function Shift. This was a meeting that saw about 30 ECD community members assist the CECDN team to define and construct a process for consultations in the province and gave the CECDN ideas on what to do post the consultations.
