The ECD civil society undertook dialogues in all nine provinces and these dialogues were facilitated by the Collaboration of ECD Networks (CECDN). The CECDN is a collaboration between BRIDGE Innovation in Learning, National ECD Alliance (NECDA) and South African Congress for ECD. This report documents the proceedings of the dialogues and the recommendations that came from the dialogues and the CECDN team.
