It is well known and understood that collaboration is a key driver in advancing true reform in the education space but it can be difficult to achieve and this is due to an array of challenges and barriers brought on by numerous factors such as competition for funding, lack of shared understanding of problems, unequal power relations and so forth. This CoP looked into how collaboration, with all its pros and cons, could be furthered through a digital platform, Edvision, which was built to facilitate collaboration amongst stakeholders in education and funders. The deliberations highlighted just how the ECD sector in itself needed to collaborate better in order to collaborate with others and how the Edvision platform could better respond to implementers and funders in the ECD space.
