The ‘Post School Education and Training Collaboration and Learning Opportunities for the Utilisation of Data’ (PSET CLOUD) project provided the context for exploring the uses of scenarios and scenario planning methodology. There are strong links between evaluative thinking, the use of indicators and Transformative Scenario planning: an understanding of these relationships can be used to inform programme planning, collaboration and decision-making in the PSET sector.
