Principals and the art of leading

This dialogue was an opportunity for those in leadership to share and compare different experiences – from a school struggling to accommodate 1 400 pupils with a capacity for only 1 000 to a school with just 200 pupils after an exodus to suburban schools.

The three panellists were Anusha Naidu, an education practitioner who is a consultant at the Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance; Nephtaly Maine, principal of Barnard Molokoane Comprehensive; and Willem De Wet, principal of Roosevelt High School.
