How do you measure what counts? How do you convince donors to measure what matters? These are some of the questions our Western Cape Champions wrestled with recently.
“Can we jointly and collectively define a few things that we commonly believe are worth counting in our efforts to improve teaching and learning?” asked Maritjie Vosloo at BRIDGE’s Western Cape Champions meeting in April 2016. The champions met to plan, engage and share knowledge. They talked about ways of describing their collective work, how to influence through sharing what they know, and how to engage with others in the sector.
The Western Cape Champions are Nadia Lubowski (Praesa), Kerry Petrie (NELI), Nigel Richard (GTI), John Gilmour (LEAP) and Zorina Dharsey (PSP).
